I've been to the college 3 times. It's 100% exactly what I expected. Normal. Middle of the day, no line up. The guy behind the desk the last time was ok. Not rude, not bad. Calling them can suck, but no worse then bell or Rogers.

A marginalized group of self important autonomous beings without interpersonal skills. Truly from the school of " those who can do ". Recognized in worldwide regulatory bodies as the leaders in customer disservice.

Incredibly surly customer service. Get ready to wait forever on the phone! Then when you finally get through, you will be greeted with unhappy, crabby people. Don't bother emailing either...no one will respond. Greatly lacking in professionalism.

Very disappointed that a professional body like CNO that sets such high standards for Nurses would: 1. Keep individuals waiting in a line for one hour to have questions answered 2.Allow their phone to ring with a busy tone all day 3. Call me to find out who a letter is for when the receiver's name was typed on the envelope and in the letter Professional accountability should not only apply in practice, but it would be appreciated if we experienced it when having to interact with the CNO.

I was on hold for about 30 minutes only to be answered by a representative who obviously hates answering the phone or her job. I told her what I needed in the hopes that she would give a slightly elaborate answer. She only referred me to another website. End of phone call. I'm interested to get licensed in Ontario but this kind of customer service turns me off.

CNO do not keep up with technologic services to communicate with (potential) nurses. All other provinces send NCLEX and CPNRE exam results via E-mail while CNO(ntario) still Mails results via Canada Post. They are lazy; do not invest and implement in Secure Email sending. In 21st century, in Canada we still depend on Canada Post to receive our exam results which is very, very long and frustrating wait. I hope, CNO executives will address this issue and reduce frustration and long wait times to receive exam results.
